I despise relying on pet-spam abuse to survive the early and mid game, so if you're already modded, I highly recommend using Gestalt in Toybox with your respec mod to create new, more interesting, and lore-friendly builds. For example, I respec my Lann to be a gestalt of Shadow Hunter and Divine Hunter. Very thematic, doesn't really break the game.
